Uniqlo and Tomas Maier Team Up for a Summer Collection
Uniqlo is teaming up with designer Tomas Maier for a new collection. Slated for release in early summer 2018, the tomas maier x uniqlo men's and women's collection will see the designer reinterpret Uniqlo's innovative fabrics and technology for a casual lifestyle.
Maier joins the lineup of major designers and key fashion figures who have previously collaborated with Uniqlo, including (most recently) Jonathan Anderson, Christophe Lemaire, Carine Roitfeld, and Inès de la Fressange. Born in Germany and having studied at the Chambre Syndicale de la
Haute Couture in Paris, the designer has made his mark at venerable brands such as Sonia Rykiel, Hermès, and Bottega Veneta where he currently helms at Creative Director.
