Salvatore Ferragamo Celebrates Chinese New Year with New Capsule
Florals have always been an archetypal Salvatore Ferragamo motif, making an appearance as recently as the brand's Pre-Fall 2019 collection. With Chinese New Year appraoching, the Italian fashion house has once again incorporated emblems of blossoming flowers into its exclusive capsule for the festive season.
The limited-edition Chinese New Year collection consists of bags, shoes and accessories, some of which feature the feminine "Vara" bow. Ferragamo’s iconic symbol, the Gancini, also appears on calf leather belts embellished with intricate red studs.
To mark the Year of the Pig, the brand has also designed an exclusive floral print "Auspicious Pig" foulard that is adorned with illustrations of the lucky animal alongside vibrant springtime blooms.
