Coach Unveils a Lunar New Year Collection With an American Touch

The New York label adds a dose of Americana to its range of leather goods and clothing for Chinese New Year.

Much like its Pre-Fall 2019 show in China last month, Coach presents us with yet another case of East-meets-Wild-Wild-West with its Lunar New Year 2019 collection.

Comprising of leather bags, scarves, a sweatshirt and a T-shirt all in a brilliant shade of red, the collection embraces the Year of the Pig with a retro-style print featuring the lucky animal. Harking back to Coach's American roots, the print also includes elements of the Southwest, as well as the brand's name in Americana-style text.

If you're not a fan of accessories adorned with illustrated pigs in general, then Coach's festive edition of its signature Dreamer bag might appeal to you. It's simple, but not less visually arresting thanks to its blazing scarlet hue. Discover the entire collection below:
