The wait is over, little monsters!&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/culture/everything-need-to-know-lady-gaga-new-album-paris-2024-olympics-music-celebrity" title="Everything You Need to Know About Lady Gaga's New Album" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lady Gaga</a>&nbsp;released the highly anticipated lead single on her forthcoming studio album.
"Disease" arrived early Friday morning (with a lyric video), leaving excited fans with a sense of nostalgia. It was initially&nbsp;<a href="https://pagesix.com/2024/10/23/entertainment/lady-gagas-new-song-disease-is-return-to-form/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rumoured</a>&nbsp;to be "sonically reminiscent" of her second studio album,&nbsp;Born This Way&nbsp;(2011). This held true, but the new song also calls to her earliest music with its "Bad Romance" reminiscent lyrics, distorted synths, and electric pop feel.
Leading up to the release of "Disease," Gaga&nbsp;<a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBbuLCcPY_E/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">posted</a>&nbsp;a teaser for the music video online, and it's safe to say Mother Monster delivered. The video already seems like it'll embody the pinnacle of Gaga&rsquo;s trademark theatrics and flair. Plus, it'll&nbsp;<a href="https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/12729407/lady-gaga-recruits-rihanna-superbowl-choreographer-disease/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly</a>&nbsp;feature choreography by Parris Goebel, who worked with Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna on their respective Super Bowl halftime shows.
