Barbie Pink Makeup Was All The Rage At The 2024 Golden Globes
Stars like Margot Robbie, Florence Pugh, Emma Stone and more opted for soft pink neutrals as their go-to red carpet beauty look
Despite its snubs at last night's Golden Globes, Barbie won in its influence through red carpet style and glamour. The night saw actresses like Margot Robbie, Hunter Schafer, Florence Pugh, Hailee Steinfeld, Elle Fanning, Emma Stone, Cailee Spaeny and more grace the occasion decked out in extravagant gowns with soft Barbie pink makeup to match.
Although the look is not a new phenomenon to red carpet glamour, it has been a while since we've seen this much soft pastel pink makeup at one event.
The stars ultimately kept their look minimal, following the same beauty mood board by emphasising only their eyes, cheeks and lips with different shades of muted pink that best suited their vibe for the night.
Golden Globe winner Emma Stone, for instance, took to Charlotte Tilbury to craft her look using the brand's Glowgasm Face Palette in Lightgasm, Eyes to Mesmerise in Champagne, Pillow Talk in Lip Cheat and K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick, complementing her pretty bejewelled custom-made Louis Vuitton gown.
Florence Pugh, on the other hand, opted to make a statement with Valentino in her red tulle dress and matching pink makeup. She highlighted her eyes using the house's Twin Liner in Black and Marrone, Colour-Flip “When in Paris” Eyeshadow Palette, and Magnificent Mascara, and finished her look with Rosso Valentino Lipstick in shade 108A.
