The stars are arriving for film and TV's biggest night of the year.
Kicking off the 2024 awards season, tonight's 2024 Golden Globes red carpet is sure to be a star-studded affair. Not only are nominees like Bradley Cooper, Margot Robbie, and Jeremy Allen White expected to walk the carpet, but industry heavy-hitters like Oprah Winfrey, Meryl Streep, and Taylor Swift (whose concert film Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour is nominated for Best Cinematic and Box Office Achievement) will also be in attendance.
As fans and nominees await to find out who will walk away from a golden statuette tonight, there are some major frontrunners. Following this summer's "Barbenheimer" phenomenon, Greta Gerwig's Barbie and Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer are leading the nominations with nine and eight nods, respectively.
In the television categories, Succession, which finished its four-season run last year, also leads the pack with nine nominations, while other top picks include Only Murders in the Building and The Bear.
