Is there anything Gigi Hadid can't do? Not only is she one of fashion's favourite faces, she's also an accomplished equestrian, a gifted photographer, an amateur woodworker, and apparently, quite the skilled chef. Since going into self-isolation with her family on their countryside farm in Pennsylvania, the supermodel has been cooking up a storm, and fortunately for us, she's shared some of her favourite recipes with her 52+ million followers on Instagram.

So what's on the menu chez Hadid? Breakfast tacos for lunch, as requested by Bella, and the ultimate American comfort food for dinner — macaroni cheese.

Gigi's approach calls for not one, not two, but three different cheeses (two types of cheddar and gouda) to be shredded into the gooey feast, along with a pinch of paprika and cayenne for an extra kick.

Want to try making this scrumptious dish at home? Here's how you do it:

INGREDIENTS

Macaroni pasta
1 egg, beaten in a separate bowl
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 stick of butter
Mild cheddar
Sharp cheddar
Gouda
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (optional)
Cayenne pepper (optional)

PREPARATION

1. Cook the macaroni in a pot of boiling water, then drain and set aside.
2. For the sauce, melt the butter in a large pot and add the flour slowly, stirring continuously for a few minutes on medium heat (be sure not to let it burn!).
3. Add the milk, whisk for 5 to 10 minutes until it thickens, then lower the heat.
4. Take 1/4 cup of the hot milk mixture, then add it to the beaten egg, but slowly so as to prevent the egg from scrambling.
5. Pour the egg mixture back into the big pot, then add the cheeses and stir until they melt.
6. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
7. Add the cooked macaroni, and mix well.
8. Enjoy!
