The Gucci Osteria Restaurant is Coming to Singapore
Get ready to eat good (or should we say Gucci?) next month. The Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura restaurant will be making its first foray outside of Florence, Italy, to open its doors here. From 1 to 26 May, you'll get a chance to experience the one-of-a-kind gastronomic concept created by Gucci and Massimo Bottura, head chef of the three Michelin-starred restaurant, Osteria Francescana.
The Singapore edition of Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura will be housed in the Arts House, which was chosen for its ties to art and culture (very Gucci). The 60-seat restaurant will be headed by Chef Karime Lopez — the head chef of Gucci Osteria in Italy — and offer a range of signature Italian dishes with a twist, conceived by Lopez and Bottura.
Gucci Osteria will serve both lunch and dinner. Guests will also get to choose between a four-course lunch ($128++), a seven-course lunch ($228++) or a seven-course dinner ($278++).
Making them a feast for the eyes as much as the tummy, dishes will be presented on a range of Gucci Herbarium crockery from the Gucci Décor collection, including red crockery exclusive to Gucci Osteria. Equally Instagrammable is the restaurant itself, which is decorated with a red Gucci Herbarium motif wallpaper and furnishings that create a contemporary Renaissance vibe.
It goes without saying that everyone will be clamouring to get a seat at the Gucci Osteria come May. To get your tickets, head over to savour.sg/gucciosteria from 20 April, 12pm. American Express cardmembers can also enjoy priority booking from 16 to 19 April.
Gucci Osteria Da Massimo Bottura is located at the Arts House Singapore, 1 Old Parliament Lane, Singapore 179429. It will be open from 1 to 26 May 2019.
