Kick off your visit to the gorgeous rooftop restaurant with a perfume creation workshop with Maison21G. The experience begins with an artificial intelligence-powered personality quiz, one taken in the Maison21G app. From floral to fruity to woody, 35 ingredients from the perfumery will be present for you to choose from to create your very own custom-made scent.
Guests will then get the opportunity to blend their choice of luscious essences, made from 21% perfume concentrate. Sustainable and made with a clean approach, Maison21G will ensure you smell divine when SKAI’s High Tea experience commences.
You and your plus-one will get to enjoy a sensational and sensorial journey with a menu of savoury and sweet treats as envisioned by chef Paul Hallett and Executive Pastry Chef Ming Choong. Just like the perfume you made moments before, your high-tea courses are a curation of your own.
Top notes could begin with SKAI’s Foie Gras paired with shiso. For the heart, Raspberry Almond Macarons, and your pick of Sukuzi coffee or TWG teas for your base.
The SKAI Premium High Tea with Maison 21G Perfume Creation Workshop is available Fridays through Sundays from 3-6pm. Only a maximum of 5 adults per session per day. Make a reservation for yourself and a loved one online.
