Blackpink’s Rosé Stuns in RIMOWA’s Latest Global Campaign ‘Never Still 4’

RIMOWA has always been at the top of the luggage game, with a well-earned reputation for presenting travellers with premium luggage that lasts a lifetime. In keeping with modern icons, RIMOWA just dropped their latest brand campaign, ‘Never Still 4’, which features three icons from different worlds, namely K-pop powerhouse Rosé of Blackpink, top Formula 1 athlete Sir Lewis Hamilton and French football star Kylian Mbappé.

These days, travelling is just as much about personal growth and transformation, as it is about the material aspects of flying. Relaxing, reflecting and growing. In this intimate fourth edition of the ‘Never Still’ campaign, the trio considers how travel has played a fundamental part in their personal journeys of discovery and progress. The ‘Never Still 4’ campaign, scored by Oscar-winning music composer Hans Zimmer, is emboldened by the post-post-pandemic traveller’s mindset to travel more mindfully and purposefully.

Rosé’s international Born Pink tours with her band have brought her on a dazzling journey around the globe, constantly jetsetting from city to city, and her work in the fashion scene has her living between Seoul and Paris. With RIMOWA, she considers how her idea of home has transformed due to travelling.

“Travel allowed me to expand my meaning of home. As travelling has become an essential part of my life, I’ve realised that home has become more of a state of mind than a specific place. It’s a collection of memories, experiences and people that provide a sense of belonging,” she explains.

Sir Lewis Hamilton’s races around the world have given him more to learn from, and more to embrace with an open mind. He shares, “It was only through seeing new places and perspectives that I really learned to challenge my way of thinking, and to embrace the endless possibilities that the world holds. Home is where I reflect, but it’s through travel that I’m truly inspired.” 

Kylian Mbappé’s inspirational path to international recognition as a football prodigy led him to contemplate the different people he has met on his journey. Beyond his football career, he ponders upon the children and youths he influences through his ‘Inspired by KM’ foundation. He notes, “When you travel, you see different types of lives, and you learn a lot. I crossed paths with amazing people that I never thought I would meet in my life.”
