There’s a Secret Garden in the New Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique at Raffles Hotel Singapore
Come admire rare patrimonial pieces at the “Precious Nature by Van Cleef & Arpels” exhibition, from 1 February to 16 June.
Van Cleef & Arpels unveils Les Jardins Secrets, a new boutique and exhibition space in Raffles Hotel Singapore. Inspired by Singapore’s reputation as a Garden City, the store is adorned with floral and nature-inspired motifs, with emblematic collections like the Alhambra and Perlée welcoming visitors to the Maison’s universe of elegance, refinement and savoir-faire.
Adding to the allure of the boutique is a “secret” door that leads to an exhibition area designed by French interior architect Jean Baptiste Auvray. Here, curated themed showcases present Van Cleef & Arpels’ patrimonial pieces as well as events by L’ECOLE School of Jewellery Arts (which is supported by the Maison).
The first exhibition at Les Jardins Secrets, “Precious Nature by Van Cleef & Arpels”, invites visitors on a stroll through an enchanting garden cultivated by the Maison, where daisies bloom in engraved gold, poppies flower in Mystery Set rubies and Christmas roses are sculpted in wood. On display are 15 pieces from the exclusive patrimonial collection, archival documents and exceptional loans from private collectors, highlighting how nature is a wellspring for Van Cleef & Arpels’ creations since 1906.
“Precious Nature by Van Cleef & Arpels” opens daily from 1 February to 16 June. Visitors can enjoy free admission to the exhibition by registering online.
