Embark on “A Journey Through Time” with Cartier
Trace the evolution of the brand's shaped timepieces, from the iconic Tank to the eccentric Crash and everything in between.
Cartier presents “A Journey Through Time”, an immersive exhibition where visitors are invited to explore the Maison’s illustrious history through its singular shaped timepieces. The voyage of past, present and future also involves different sensory encounters, including a smartphone photography masterclass and themed cocktails. After all, “At Cartier, time is not only what we measure, but also what we treasure.”
Watch enthusiasts will immediately zero in on the display of 23 archival timepieces that are part of the Cartier Collection. The curation ranges from early 20th century examples to the London designs of the Swinging Sixties, tracing the evolution of Cartier’s shaped cases from the iconic Tank to the eccentric Crash and everything in between.
Making its debut in Singapore, “A Journey Through Time” is a concept inspired by Time Project, a series of evocative short performances exploring the nature of time, directed by Norwegian filmmaker Sølve Sundsbø and brought to life by Jake Gyllenhaal. The showcase will run from 27 January to 2 February at Le Salon Cartier in Ion Orchard, and you can register your visit online.
