Van Cleef & Arpels Introduces New Alhambra Pieces with Blue Agate
The iconic Alhambra collection of Van Cleef & Arpels is expanded with four fresh creations featuring blue agate
Way back in 1968, Van Cleef & Arpels' Alhambra motif was born. Today, it is widely acknowledged as the house's iconic emblem — one of luck and a positive vision of life. The motif has seen nearly countless iterations, with new combinations of materials and sizes being introduced, as well as the jewellery silhouettes that they dangle from. Now, it sees guilloché yellow gold (used on Alhambra pieces since 2018) and pretty blue agate being juxtaposed on both a Sweet Alhambra watch and a Vintage Alhambra reversible ring (two rings in one — one side features blue agate, the other in guilloché yellow gold set with a diamond). Completing the set is a pendant and pair of earrings, both with blue agate. See the pieces below.
