Hermès Introduces a Gorgeous New Enamel Watch

The Arceau Toucan de Paradis is an updated historical model.

The updated Arceau watch by Hermès is a union of leather craftsmanship and fine watchmaking, which gives birth to a unique pocket watch with decoration. This time, the dial was decorated with a drawing of a toucan head with a multi-colored beak. This model was created in 1978 by the designer Henri d'Origny.

Following the sullen bear from Slim d'Hermès Grrrrr! and the wolf howling at the moon with Arceau Awooooo and Arceau Pocket Aaaaargh!, the Arceau Toucan de Paradis pocket watch continues to enrich the imaginary bestiary of British artist Alice Shirley.

The base of the dial is made of white gold - it is also decorated with a scattering of transparent diamonds. Classic and original at the same time, the Arceau, with its round dial and asymmetrical seed-shaped lugs, constantly inspires craftsmen to create endless interpretations that reflect the versatility of the House of Hermès with its worlds, styles and crafts. Inside the novelty is the self-winding in-house Hermès H1912 caliber. The strap is made of blue calfskin. The enamel painting is supplemented with fine threads, thanks to which an extraordinary drawing in an exclusive technique has turned out.

The collection is limited to just 24 pieces.
