Chaumet Expands the Bee My Love Collection with Statement Makers and More
Sweetening up its already impressive Bee My Love Collection is Chaumet, which releases a cluster of novelties for the year
French Maison Chaumet has been designing jewellery, timepieces and accessories for over 240 years — it was the very first jewellery house to lay its foundations on Place Vendôme, and became the jeweller to Napoleon I and his wife, Empress Josephine, who has endured as a royal muse of the house. With the history that Chaumet alone boasts, it’s apt for the Maison to pay homage to the equally iconic bee, which has existed for 130 million years and embodies focus, dedication, prosperity and fertility.
And the house has done so in the most modern and playful way through the Bee My Love Collection, which generously features polished facets and hexagonal honeycomb motifs that appear timeless and subtle yet graphic and stackable all at once.
While the range is best known for its more delicate pieces, this year, Chaumet makes the Bee My Love Collection more buzzworthy than ever with a variety of statement makers. Our favourites: an articulated and openwork rose gold cuff with diamonds, two articulated rose gold necklaces with diamonds, the standout toi et moi yellow gold ring that brings the imperial insect and the honeycomb motif together, and large day-to-night hoop earrings in rose gold or white gold with diamonds. There’s even a Bee My Love brooch, which the man in your life can wear on his suit lapel to match the pieces that you choose to don. Now, it’s time to make a beeline for the store and try these on, if we do say so ourselves.
