A Four-Tiered Celebration For Boucheron's Quatre Pieces
Since their creation in 2004, Boucheron’s Quatre pieces have been continuously reinvented while staying true to the spirit of strength and protection — a binding of four codes into one genderless and urban design icon.
In 2004, the renowned Parisian high jewellery maison, Boucheron, made waves with the introduction of its Quatre collection, a masterpiece of design ingenuity. Translating to 'four' in French, Quatre is a sublime fusion of the maison's signature elements meticulously interwoven. Comprising four individual bands of gold, totaling no less than 13.88 grams in weight, each band boasts its own unique craftsmanship and finish, echoing the couture-inspired heritage rooted in Boucheron's founder, whose lineage traced back to a lineage of drapers.
This year, Boucheron embarks on a new chapter in the Quatre saga, unveiling a trove of novelties that push the boundaries of its foundational concepts. Among these innovations is an ambitious expansion, wherein the iconic Classique ring undergoes a metamorphosis into a series of striking bracelets. Furthermore, the maison liberates the Quatre from its conventional confines as a ring, introducing a captivating 'ribbon' iteration that meticulously recreates the four-band motif through hundreds of intricately assembled parts.
