LIVE: Louis Vuitton Cruise 2019
It looks like Louis Vuitton will continue to blend fashion, art and architecture in its upcoming Cruise 2019 show, which will be presented today at the Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the French Riviera.
Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière had previously chosen Japan's Miho Museum to showcase his last resort collection, in which the French designer explored the country's many art techiniques. We can expect something similar from the collection he will be unveiling today, considering that the Fondation Maeght houses contemporary art in all its forms with the aim of showcasing the creation of our times.
