For Tom Ford's Fall/Winter 2023 collection—the final collection of his eponymous label—the designer is turning to his archives. The limited edition collection consists of re-created pieces of Ford's most iconic and signature pieces from the past 13 years.

Always one to bring in glamour and take any opportunity for a cinematic moment, the designer celebrated this special collection with a series of three videos shot by Steven Klein showcasing the reproduced looks. Starring in the videos are top models such as Amber Valetta, Joan Smalls, Karlie Kloss, Karen Elson, and Caroline Trentini, to name a few.

The inspired videos brought Ford's flair for fashion magic to life, as models pose in illuminative glass display cases while the designer orchestrates their every movement — like mannequins that have come to life. Ford's eye for elegance and extravagance has translated in every creative role he has held — from his time as creative director at Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, to being his own boss after launching his eponymous luxury brand in 2005.

In 2010 Ford expanded his ventures into womenswear, introducing his debut womenswear collection with a private yet over-the-top runway show as he tapped in Beyoncé, Daphne Guinness, Julianne Moore, and Rita Wilson, among others, to walk the catwalk. His journey comes full circle as his final collection pays homage to the Tom Ford woman.

While Ford brought in top talent to commemorate the final collection in the videos, it's also the clothing themselves and the memories they hold that make the collection one of a kind. Some of the reissued pieces highlighted in the collection include the white cape gown Gwyneth Paltrow donned at the 2012 Oscars, the fuchsia metallic breastplate and matching flowy skirt Zendaya wore at the 2020 Critics Choice Awards, and the sequin jersey dress Beyoncé while on her Mrs. Carter World Show Tour.

The clothes and the people who wore them speak for themselves — Ford is a designer among the stars. His fashion creations lie among some of pop culture's most memorable moments and secure themselves as some of the best red carpet looks in history.

As Ford bids adieu to his eponymous label — and as we await to see what happens next — his legacy will forever remain.
