Saddle up for a ride with the new Loewe Gate bag
A brilliant designer who takes the conventional and makes it extraordinary (think the Puzzle and Hammock bags), Jonathan Anderson has added yet another innovation into his repertoire: the Loewe Gate bag.
Transforming the classic saddle bag into one with a contemporary form, the Gate bag combines structure with softness, much like the rest of Loewe's iconic bags.
On top of its new silhouette, the saddle now has a structured knot tied around its front flap that comes in various colour combinations, from one-toned natural leather to multicolour combinations such as white and light grey, or light grey and soft blue.
The Gate bag boasts an excellent craftsmanship and a luxurious suede lining finish. It also features a side latched metallic pin with a flirty dangling leather strip that is designed to mirror the latches on more traditional doors and gates.
Available in two sizes and three different types of calfskins, the Loewe Gate bag brings a punch of attitude despite its simple design. We're calling it: It's definitely an "It" bag of Spring/Summer 2018.
