The “Taste” singer turned heads in vintage Chanel from 1994 designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld. She donned a black-and-white ensemble, made of a faux fur cropped jacket and cashmere mini dress. Carpenter finished off the outfit by adding a personalized touch with a Maison Raksha diamond initial ring, featuring her initials, and fuzzy stilettos. In makeup, the pop star sported soft pink blush and a vibrant red lip for a playful pop of color to the monochromatic look, styled by Jared Ellner.
Carpenter’s appearance for the screening comes mere days after People reported she is “taking a break” from her relationship with Saltburn star Barry Keoghan. Nearly a year since they first began dating, Carpenter and the Irish actor have made the decision to take a step back on their romance to focus on their respective careers. The two first sparked romance rumors in early December 2023, after reportedly meeting three months prior.
For the screening, set to debut on Netflix the evening of December 6, Carpenter went for a winter snow bunny-inspired look that epitomizes her flirty sense of style. The special will feature festive duets with Chappell Roan, Tyla, and Shania Twain, along with appearances from a lineup of stars, including singer Kali Uchis, Abbott Elementary star Quinta Brunson, model Cara Delevingne, and more.
