Pradasphere II, a captivating exhibition curated at the Start Museum in Shanghai, will run until the culmination of January 2024. Delve into the narrative woven by co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, chronicling Prada's evolution from its inception in 1913 to its contemporary presence. Over 400 captivating objects, both physical and digital, sourced from fashion archives and spanning decades of artistic contributions in realms like art, architecture, culture, and sports, are on vivid display.
The momentous inauguration commenced with the esteemed presence of Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons. An exclusive opening event unfolded last night at the HengShan Cinema, an iconic establishment inaugurated on January 5, 1952, marking the resurgence of cinema in Shanghai post the birth of New China. Presently, this historic locale stands as the city's sole garden cinema—a fitting backdrop aligning with Prada's enduring dedication to the arts.
The night was orchestrated with captivating music curated by Clara3000, accompanied by an exclusive assembly of guests from the realms of cinema, culture, fashion, art, architecture, and business. Notably, the muse Hunter Schafer graced the event, adding to the House's allure.
