Onitsuka Tiger’s Spring-Summer 2022 Collection presents a fashionable dystopia
Onitsuka Tiger’s Spring-Summer 2022 Collection makes the empty, post-apocalyptic world its runway.
Creative Director Andrea Pompilio, along with director Hideto Hotta, presents Onitsuka Tiger's Spring-Summer 2022 collection with a short movie titled “MILAN-TOKYO”.
The film depicts an otherworldly trip from Milan to Tokyo: starting out in the airport, the film follows models as they journey from the airport, onto the peculiarly empty streets of Shinjuku and Shibuya – streets that later turn into a runway.
The dystopian, cosmopolitan energy radiates onto the collection, with the array of animal and geometric prints. With 2022 being the year of the tiger, this Spring-Summer collection features plenty of prints that show off the feline form, symbolising the brand's bold, ferocious core.
