Moncler Genius x Gentle Monster Takes a Swipe at the Digitally Focused World

Reimagining fashion’s relationship with the digital sphere, Moncler Genius x Gentle Monster joins their highly innovative and experimental spirits to capture the pervasive swiping habits of today’s society through the allegorical figure of the “SWIPE” motion.
Eliciting an introspective perspective on how emotions are valued as a virtue online, the collection looks at the connection between human and digital experiences. The eyewear range includes bold and eye-catching silhouettes. Several frames embody a swiping mechanism accented by the Moncler Genius Logo, depicting the swiping nature of navigation on mobile devices. The sleek and unique designs are in a class of their own, making a mark in the field of eyewear design.
The monochromatic black clothing collection features Moncler’s distinctive silhouettes, comprising hooded down jackets, sleeveless down jackets, shell jackets, technical tops, trousers, tees, and sweatshirts. Not to mention the accessories include an assembly of hoods, bags, pouches, and boots spun from recycled nylons and polyesters.
In commemoration of the alliance, Moncler Genius x Gentle Monster is happy to inaugurate a pop-up space within Gentle Monster’s Seoul HAUS Concept store. The installation transports you into a phygital world, melding both physical and digital experiences into one. Mirroring the collection's theme, this is the personification of an elevated and immersive experience.
Haus Dosan Pop-up Store is open from 5th to 30th May between 11:00am to 9:00pm and is located at 50 Apgujeong-Ro 46-Gil Gangnam-Gu Seoul.
