Following its art-inspired runway show at the Maeght Foundation, Louis Vuitton will return to the Musée du Louvre, Paris, for its Women's Spring/Summer 2019 show. The last time creative director Nicolas Ghesquière presented a collection for the Maison there, he set up a spaceship right in the middle of the museum's iconic courtyard. One can only guess if he'll pull a similar trick for the show later today, which was teased to be "a vision of the future" on Louis Vuitton's Instagram page.
Mise en scène aside, we're also looking forward to the clothes: what intricate textures will they come in this time? How has Nicolas transformed the jacket for the season? And will there be even more variations of our favourite Archlight sneakers, like we saw at the Cruise 2019 show?
