Quiet Luxury: A Closer Look at Hermès' Latest Fall/Winter 2023 Objets Collection

Hermès wowed with a collection for Fall/Winter 2023 that focused on wearability and included versatile silhouettes and monochrome styles that revealed winter hues from an intense palette that included reds, browns and black. And it was possible to spot the approach influencing its Objets range.

It’s constructed of Togo calfskin and is also held together by a dog collar with metal parts that contrast with the leather’s sobriety and cool, clean lines.
For meaningful everyday usage, the Kelly Messenger bag has been shrunken down to a more manageable size and shape. Nonetheless, it keeps the larger size’s distinctive traits, including its spacious main compartment, detachable étrivière shoulder strap and massive metal parts inspired by the world of travel. The two brand-new models in the Kelly Pocket family each come with a wrist strap for simple one-handed portability. The light, long clutch-style wallets with a zip closure and a well-organised interior don’t sacrifice storage space for your daily necessities.
The H-shaped cord-stay clasp on the 24 Noeuds backpack was undoubtedly inspired by the duffel bag design. The two rings permit adjustment of the width of the encased strap, allowing it to be worn comfortably over either shoulder. It also comes with a handle which means it may be carried in a variety of ways. The canvas and leather construction of the R.M.S weekender bag, with the straps being attached using saddle-nail hardware, calls to mind the R.M.S. 12h bag. The bag can be collapsed when empty thanks to the base being made of leather and in such a way that it folds in on itself.
