Beyond producing the Instant Gratification issue, which stars Prada Spring/Summer 2018 while taking a tongue-in-cheek and kitschy approach to showcasing various digital apps and phenomena in the fashion realm now, L’Officiel Singapore recently unleashed two successful digital campaigns: a Diesel JoggJeans video featuring Warsaw-based Singaporean beatboxer and world champ Darni, and a Diane Von Furstenberg project starring Singapore’s favourite celebrity twins, Hayley and Jayley Woo.

"We took today’s fixation with numbers and put that into the haute perfumerie story Making Scents. Still on the topic of showing the substance that lies behind the style, the issue features a report on houses that are now going fur-free, and our beatboxing extraordinaire @darni reveals all the hard work behind his success,” says Managing Editor Ian Lee.

L’Officiel Singapore continues to embrace the new and unexpected in its May issue – the Version 2.0 trend story turns to digital photo applications Huji and Gudak, which quite ironically mimic the look and feel of good old disposable film cameras, to present the biggest Pre-Fall looks. Meanwhile, the Generation Z fashion spread is a humorous take on today’s very real street style and Instagram obsession. The Bijoux section’s F is For… piece is the best of both worlds: there is a detailed read of Fendi’s latest Run Away timepiece, as well as an Instagram-Stories- inspired mini-spread.

Olivier Burlot, CEO and Publisher of Heart Media, adds: “Behind L’Officiel Singapore’s May issue and its stunning retro-futuristic Prada Spring/Summer 2018 cover is a creative team that is passionate about both print and digital. After very successful video projects with Louis Vuitton, Diane Von Furstenberg and Diesel, there will be many more cross-platform projects that we will be unveiling in the months to come.”
