Balenciaga premiered its Fall 2024 collection in Los Angeles, marking its inaugural show in California. Set against a backdrop of palm tree-lined streets and accompanied by a bespoke soundtrack from BFRND, the collection encapsulates Demna's interpretation of Californian style through a cinematic perspective. Commencing with depictions of characters engaged in daily activities like jogging, yoga, and sports sessions, the collection seamlessly transitions into Hollywood-inspired soirées, showcasing dresses reminiscent of Cristóbal Balenciaga's iconic designs. Intermixed within are updated grunge elements, contemporary daywear, and the brand's signature tailoring.

A dedicated chapter unfolds, spotlighting activewear comprising simple yet sophisticated pieces: shorts, bras, leggings, and sweatshirts. This segues into a section paying homage to the American trend of velour tracksuits and celebrity street styles, presenting revamped versions of suits featuring low-cut pants and cropped hooded jackets.

The presentation further evolves into a neo-grunge segment featuring oversized, layered garments. Notable pieces include asymmetrical cutout pants, hand-embroidered leopard-print coats, outdoor hotel slippers, and leather bags complemented by nylon totes.
