It seems nothing can get in the way of Bella Hadid's work ethic, not even the coronavirus pandemic. While the rest of us have been lounging around the house in pyjamas and sweatpants, the supermodel has been busy shooting her latest campaign... over FaceTime.

For the Jacquemus Spring/Summer 2020 campaign, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus worked with the 23-year-old model and French photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti entirely over the phone to create the first-ever fashion campaign shot via FaceTime. Fittingly called "Jacquemus At Home", the back-to-basics images show Hadid posing against the white walls of her Pennsylvania home, sporting pieces from the label's 10th anniversary collection, including a chic white suit paired with a green bikini top, a ribbed blue bodysuit, and an ultra cropped top in yellow with orange stripes. She even appears in the nude with several strategically placed Jacquemus bags. like Le Grand Chiquito and Le Panier Soleil.

A few hours after the release of the campaign, Simon Porte Jacquemus took to Instagram Stories to reflect on the making of this unique shoot. "Everything went well, of course," he wrote. But whether shooting campaigns via FaceTime is the future of fashion? Unlikely, according to Jacquemus, who said "I prefer human contact! But in these times it is important to be inventive." His message? "Poetry and fashion still exist, we just need to find new ways to express it!"
