All the Stars At Fendi’s First Men’s Boutique in Thailand
Fendi Korea Ambassador and actor Lee Min-ho led the brigade of celebrities at the Siam Paragon boutique’s opening party.
Thailand is now home to Fendi’s first dedicated menswear boutique. The Italian luxury house has just opened the doors to its men’s-only store in Bangkok's Siam Paragon — celebrating the occasion with an opening party featuring at least 12 stars from the region, including actor and Fendi ambassador for South Korea, Lee Min Ho, and Thai actress and Fendi ambassador for Thailand, Bella Ranee Campen. Guests were treated to the launch of Fendi’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi, Artistic Director of Accessories and Menswear.
The Spring/Summer 2024 collection marries the craftsmanship of the Fendi Factory with the corpcore aesthetic. A rising trend, the corporate-core look, which reimagines the elements of traditional formal officewear, has been dominating the fashion scene as of late. At Fendi, the collection marries savoir-faire with elevated workwear. Knotted jacquard bags, perfect for lunches in the office, and raffia-embroidered weekend totes Fendi’s classic Baguette and Peekaboo bags come doused in vegetal-dyed fabrics and debossed leather ‘scales’. Trick-of-the-eye pattern-print graphics also adorn the signature bag styles. In line with corpcore, Fendi also launched the new Chiodo backpack, perfect for the sophisticated working man.
Amongst the star-studded crowd, we also spotted Filipino style-star, actress and model Heart Evangelista. Thai celebrities like Dew Jirawat, Mario Maurer, Tor Thanapob, Oab Oabnithi, Blue Pongtiwat, Pat Chayanit and Namtan Tipnaree were also in attendance at the new boutique — in case you missed it, check them out at our Instagram account. The opening of Fendi’s newest Bangkok store also brought actor Desmond Tan and fashion influencer Mae Tan from Singapore to the boutique.
