Recent news of Kate Middleton's cancer diagnoses broke, which has led Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to issue their statements on the matter.

“We wish health and healing for Kate and the family, and hope they are able to do so privately and in peace,” the statement from the he Sussexes spokesperson read.

The Royal Family has faced a tumultuous period lately, and there were widespread worries from the public about Kate Middleton's well-being. Following her earlier abdominal surgery this year, fans began to speculate about potential undisclosed health issues. However, all seemed well when the princess announced she was returning to her royal duties remotely for the time being.

On Friday March 22, the Princess of Wales addressed these concerns through an official statement on Instagram, disclosing her battle with cancer. Middleton shared that she has commenced chemotherapy treatment after medical consultation, indicating she is in the initial stages of the process. Expressing appreciation for the overwhelming support received, Middleton also appealed for privacy for her family during this difficult period.

"As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment," Middleton said, and she assured her family that she is "getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal."

"At this time, I am also thinking of all those whose lives have been affected by cancer. For everyone facing this disease, in whatever form, please do not lose faith or hope. You are not alone," the princess concluded.

After King Charles's cancer diagnoses, there were reports Prince Harry may even move back to the U.K. to be with his family. “He’s planning to move his family back to England,” a source told Life & Style. Now that his sister-in-law has also been diagnosed with cancer, there's a better chance these rumors of a move back to the U.K. may come to fruition for the Duke of Sussex.
