What We Know About The 'The Devil Wears Prada' Sequel
Miranda Priestly probably hasn't said her last word yet
Good news for nostalgics and fashion lovers out there! After announcing reboots like Freaky Friday and Legally Blonde, another film classic from the '00s has secured itself a sequel. The Devil Wears Prada (TDWP) screenwriter, Aline Brosh McKenna, is writing a potential sequel to the hit film, developed and produced by Wendy Finerman.
Although no deal has been made, there has long been talk of a sequel to the 2006 cult comedy. Most recently, fans were treated to a brief reunion between TDWP actors Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Anne Hathaway at this year's SAG Awards.
At this moment, no deal has been reached yet for its iconic cast. Disney, the studio behind the film following the acquisition of the original studio Devil Fox 2000, also had no comment.
