Blossom And Bloom: Louis Vuitton's Idylle Blossom Series Gets A Sparkling Makeover
As the saying goes, a woman can never have too many flowers, and these fresh blooms from Louis Vuitton are just the sort you’ll want to add to your bouquet of baubles. The luxury house is expanding its Idylle Blossom series with a new collection of rings, bracelets, earrings, and pendants, all resplendently adorned with dazzling diamonds.
Like the other members of the Idylle Blossom family, the latest designs are centred on the four-petaled flowers of the maison’s iconic monogram, created more than a century ago by Georges-Louis Vuitton. Thought to be inspired by the architectural details of gothic churches as well as the kamon crests of Japanese clans, the quatrefoil motifs are rendered here in white, yellow, and rose gold, and invigorated by garlands of small but stunning precious stones.
Two-row rings and bracelets can be stacked or worn alone, while earrings come in classic stud and hoop variations, along with a hip mono-chain cuff. Evocative of protective talismans, the monogram flowers sit at the heart of long openwork pendants, enclosed by geometric rows of diamonds in the shape of a fluid circle or a pointed star.
