Big Pink Dresses Are Having a Serious Moment on the Oscars Red Carpet
When actress Helen Mirren and Aquaman star Jason Momoa showed up on the Oscars 2019 stage both in pink outfits (a Schiaparelli gown and a custom-suit by Karl Lagerfeld from Fendi, respectively), they swore they did not agree prior to both show up in coordinated outfits and quipped, “We’re both in pink! Isn’t that great?!”
But the two celebrities weren’t the only ones in pink. The unabashedly feminine shade was the colour of choice for many who walked the Oscars red carpet this year.
