How did Ferragamo’s new signature bag, released for Pre-Spring 2024, get its name? The Fiamma shoulder style is in fact the eponym of Wanda’s and Salvatore Ferragamo’s first daughter. And here’s why she deserves a bag named after her: The late Fiamma Ferragamo was the creative mind behind the house’s iconic offerings including the universally beloved Vara flats and the Wanda bag. Bearing her name, the new dappled calfskin shoulder style features an asymmetric front flap with an ’80s-style metal closure, as well as visible stitching details around the bag’s edges. The versatile number comes with an adjustable shoulder strap and a lined interior with slots for cards. In two sizes, and colours including black, red and light camel.
