Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter 2022 Bags Are An Allegory of Time
With the idea of time as a visual concept, we pay homage to Nicolas Ghesquière's time-bending collections for Louis Vuitton.
We have not stopped thinking about the bags from Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter 2022 since its first presentation on the runway at the Musée d’Orsay in Paris earlier this year. Much like the artistic backdrop of the show, the bags embody timeless works of art with the incorporation of visual detail alongside the house's Monogram.
Each bag has its own unique design and personality, said to match that of different moods or individuals. Our favourites from the selection include the boxy structured Petite Malle V that's covered in emblems of the house, as well as the colourful and youthful crescent-shaped Loop bag – a complementary bag for more out-going individuals to accessorise their outfits with this season.
