Louis Vuitton's Hot Air Balloon Pop-Up Lands in Singapore

After being unveiled at Selfridges London, Louis Vuitton's Hot Air Balloon pop-up has taken flight and landed on our shores — more specifically, at the Louis Vuitton store in Changi Airport. The perfect embodiment of the Maison's spirit of travel, the Hot Air Balloon installation features an envelope made of 25 Louis Vuitton scarves in all manners of prints and colours. Its basket, on the other hand, is made of hard-sided Louis Vuitton trunks that nod to the house's Aero Trunk, originally made for (surprise, surprise) hot air balloon travel.

Insta-worthy installations aside, the Louis Vuitton Changi Airport store will also play host to a range of accessories for Pre-Fall 2018, which includes textiles, jewellery, sunglasses, belts and small leather goods, all bearing Louis Vuitton's signature monogram or logo detailing.
