An iconic Disney character from everyone’s childhood, Dumbo the elephant, is back in the spotlight. The young elephant with oversized ears, which first took flight in 1941, is the star of Loewe’s latest capsule collection, which launches at the end of the month. Just in time for the release of Tim Burton’s live-action adaptation of ‘Dumbo’.
The capsule, an extension of the Spanish brand’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection, sees images of Dumbo on two of its most coveted items – the Goya backpack and T Pouch. Dumbo also makes an appearance on a number of casual Ready-to-Wear pieces, such as jackets, shirts and scarves, for men and women.
