Excitement for Cartier’s latest Guirlande de Cartier handbag has been bubbling since fashion girls and boys, such as Poppy Delevingne, Bryanboy, Susie Bubble and more, were spotted toting the arm candy on Instagram.
Though the Maison’s new bag, inspired by its iconic red octagonal jewellery box, only officially launches this March, quite a waitlist has built since the bag’s unveiling in late 2018.
The box bag features a geometric form made up of eight clean-cut sides, assembled with smooth calfskin leather, with a façade stamped with regal gold-frieze trimming. It also comes with a detachable leather strap for when you’re constantly on the go, making it the perfect choice for any occasion. Choose from rich shades of red, green or black, and three different sizes – mini ($2,770) , small ($3,850) and medium ($4,250).
