All Is Calm And Free With Hermès Homme S/S20

Hermès unveiled its men's 2020 collection in the courtyard of Le Mobilier National, at Paris Fashion Week last week. 

Men's Artistic Director Véronique Nichanian presented a calm, earth-tone summer collection, expressing the feeling of freedom through his designs. The pieces in the line are simple, airy and fluid, and some even reversible, bringing stylishly relaxed looks to the table. The colour palette of this season is reminiscent of a calm summer day, with shades ranging from mint, plum and persimmon to aqua, as well as chewing gum, white, and various shades of beige.

This collection highlights elastic waist pants and wide shirts, including an elegant sportswear range that features worn shirts, leather pants and graphic drawings printed on fine tights. Blouses with knitted collars, leather coats with a contrasting lining and waxed edges, pleated trousers, parkas and windbreakers with a high neck, cotton trench coats with zigzag stitching and three-button jackets, were also featured.

The silk scarves, a homage to the maison's icon, were featured in their original and overdyed tones, and weaved together into a series of outfits, complementing zipped jackets, shirts and more.
