Gucci Collectors: the Gucci campaign that celebrates "weird" obsessions
After capturing singer Harry Styles for Gucci Men's Tailoring campaign, Gucci once again casts British photographer Glen Luchford to lens its Fall/Winter 2018 campaign. This time, Gucci wants to celebrate the uniqueness of collectors and all the types of obsessions that they may have, be it baby dragons or severed heads.
It's impossible for us to forget Gucci's Fall/Winter 2018 collection where Creative Director Alessandro Michele intrigued us with extravagant velvets, sleek silks, leather and lace as he sent models holding baby dragon in arms and carrying their clone heads like a fashion statement down the runway.
Inspired by "eccentric personalities who passionately seek out paintings, antiques, rare objects and other vintage collectibles", the designer continues his bizarre fantasy in the latest Gucci Fall/Winter 2018 campaign. Through the lens of Glen Luchford, we explore the universe of all the collectors and curators with their different obsessions and collections.
