Best Dressed Guests at Louis Vuitton Cruise 2019 Show
The cats are out of the bags, literally, at Nicolas Ghesquière's Cruise 2019 show for the house of Louis Vuitton. The eccentric collection reverberated throughout the venue, with voluminous silhouettes complementing the weighty sculptures created by Joan Miró at the Maeght Fondation in Saint-Paul de Vence.
In line with the pieces reflecting expression through free-form artwork, the show also debuted an exclusive capsule collection in collaboration with Vogue's legendary creative director Grace Coddington – who illustrated her charming cats and Ghesquière's dog for the accessories line.
As with the collection that celebrates personal style, the star-studded bevy of guests also brought forth their individuality in their Louis Vuitton selections, making the front row quite the spectacle on its own.
Oscar winning actress Emma Stone, the newly minted face of the brand, made an appearance in a tailored blazer paired with fun glitzy rhinestone pants. Looking effortlessly chic, yet comfy, was French singer Camélia Jordana, donning a navy sweater dress. Long-time muse of Ghesquière, actress Jennifer Connelly, sported an athleisure ensemble in a Louis Vuitton colourblocked top with exaggerated shoulders.
