Behind The Scenes of Jisoo's Custom Dior Look for Blackpink's Born Pink Concert Finale
Maria Grazia Chiuri designed a bedazzled botany-inspired look just for the maison's global ambassador.
Global K-pop sensation Blackpink has been on their Born Pink tour since October last year, and every show just gets more and more special, with the girls delivering showstopping performances around the world. Aside from their incredible stage presence, there is one other thing that the quartet is known for – their striking and ever-changing concert style. At the Born Pink tour finale that took place in Seoul on September 17, one stage outfit, in particular, caught our attention. It was a sparkly, floral two piece corset ensemble designed specially for Jisoo by Maria Grazia Chiuri at Dior.
Jisoo, the global ambassador for Dior, wore her custom look that features a black tulle skirt embellished with small gems. The asymmetrical hem brought an edgy feel to the princess tulle. As a subtle nod to Monsieur Dior who adored nature and flowers, Chiuri finished Jisoo’s cropped corset-style top with delicate embroidered flowers in pink, blue and green, highlighting the savoir-faire at Dior. The K-pop superstar also accessorised the look with a matching choker.
