K-Pop Stars CL and Jackson Wang to Headline Good Vibes in Malaysia
Nothing like a good road trip down to Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia to watch your favourite K-pop stars perform this September.
Malaysia's Good Vibes Festival is back with a bang after its three-year hiatus, now with two popular K-pop stars headlining the weekend-long festival. 2NE1's CL and GOT7's Jackson Wang will be leading the impressive lineup of acts on the 23rd and 24th of September this year.
The news also follows CL's surprise Coachella performance with 2NE1 earlier in April and Jackson Wang's concert at MARQUEE Singapore this upcoming weekend.
This year's lineup comes across as a tad different from previous years due to the lack of Western international acts flying down for the event; acts like Phoenix, G-Easy, Dua Lipa, Lorde, and The 1975 were once a part of the much-anticipated festival back in the day. CL and Jackson Wang now represent two of the first Korean acts to headline the event.
Instead of its usual location at Genting Highlands, the Weekender will bring all of its "good vibes" down to the heart of the city at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon. If you're looking to take a mid-year break somewhere nearby this 2022, Good Vibes Weekender is the perfect place to do so.
