Madame Web star, Dakota Johnson is reportedly engaged to her longtime boyfriend, and Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin, according to reports from The Mirror.
A source told the outlet, “The couple got engaged a while ago and have kept the news private. But now they are being open about it with their circles. They have been besotted with each other from day one so taking this next step was inevitable. They are in no rush to plan the wedding but are just enjoying making their commitment official.”
Representatives for the couple have yet to officially confirm the engagement.
The pair have been dating for the last six years. They officially started to see each other sometime in 2017, soon after Martin's divorce was finalized from Paltrow. Johnson and Martin have been known to keep their relationship private, hardly ever posing at events and red carpets together.
There is reportedly no bad blood between the Goop CEO, and the A-list actress, as Johnson and Paltrow are reportedly even friends, going on beachy vacations to the Hamptons together with their subsequent partners (Paltrow is married to Brad Falchuk), and the two couples being photographed together on double dates.
Johnson even recently opened up about her role as a stepmom to Martin's son, Moses 17, and daughter, Apple, 19, sharing with Bustle in an interview, "I love those kids like my life depends on it. With all my heart."
