March is the month of women's empowerment and L'Oréal is one of the many brands that have organised a month full of activities and partnerships to honour women everywhere. For its #LessonsOfWorth campaign, the brand has partnered with local non-profit organisation Dress for Success Singapore (DFSS) to inspire Singaporean women (especially those struggling with anxieties of returning to the workforce after a period of unemployment) through their “Worth it” tagline.

“Our partnership not only aims to help women by providing mentorship but also encourages them to recognise their worth through defining their own successes instead of comparing themselves with others,” says Mr. Jaren Ong, Marketing Manager of L’Oréal Paris. “L'Oréal champions women’s empowerment and celebrates women, their beauty, strength, and resilience. We hope that this collaboration will help us deliver a stronger message about lessons of worth from women of all walks of life and the importance of self-esteem to women in Singapore and around the world.”
