Singapore First in the World to Launch SK-II’s Latest Product

Shop the exclusive GenOptics Spot Pen before anyone else.

Shilla Duty Free in Singapore’s Changi Airport has been chosen to be the first in the world to launch SK-II’s latest innovation – the GenOptics Spot Pen ($190). As its name suggests, the targeted skincare treatment is designed to effectively reduce the appearance of spots for a brighter mien and more even skin tone.

But don’t be fooled by the lightweight texture of the essence. It’s in fact a heavyweight containing a blend of the brand’s star ingredient Pitera and a high concentration (the highest out of all SK-II products) of the brand’s brightening WH Smart Cocktail, which aims to give users crystal clear skin over time. Use it as a preventive measure (a spot is easiest to erase when it is new), or on existing dark spots, age spots, sun spots caused by UV exposure, and even pigmentation caused by that stubborn breakout.

The technique: To be applied on areas of concern after your lotions and serums, using the pen’s magnetic applicator. Simply push down on the applicator to release the product and trust us when we say you’ll want to massage the product in using the wand because research has shown that when used together with the magnetic wand, the ingredients within the formula can penetrate three times better than application using the hands. Now how about that?

The SK-II GenOptics Spot Pen is currently available at The Shilla Duty Free in Changi Airport as well as on iShopChangi.com, and will be available at other SK-II Travel Retail counters from 1 March onwards.
