5 Minutes with Pauline Ng on Porcelain's New Chapter

Congrats on the opening of your third outlet! What can people expect from Funan’s space?

Thank you. With its open-concept layout, the store offers a modern, dynamic, and engaging environment that ensures effortless navigation and an immersive customer experience. The cosy spa lounge also serves as a peaceful sanctuary, providing an escape from the pressures of everyday life to offer an oasis for rejuvenation.

You'll also find an integrated skin discovery area equipped with Porcelain's Skin Discovery Enhanced software that helps identify specific skin concerns and provide tailored options for your skin journey.

Tell us about Porcelain’s partnership with LAANK for the design of the spa. What was this creative process like?

The creative process involved close collaboration between Porcelain and LAANK to create a space that not only reflected our brand identity but also provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere for customers.

LAANK, whom we've worked with since 2014, have a deep understanding of our values, consumer journey and target audience. Design concepts, materials, colour palettes, and architectural elements were carefully chosen to create a harmonious and inviting environment. LAANK's expertise in spatial planning, material selection, and lighting design also played a significant role in bringing our vision to life.
