A timeless hairstyle that's effortless enough for all hair types, the Italian bob cut is different than its French bob sister due to its call for longer, bouncier tresses. Less sleek and blunt, it's more versatile and voluminous with playful layers. Instead of your locks falling right at the jawbone, Italian bobs are a touch longer, typically hitting just above the shoulders at the base of the neck. The true secret to nailing the hairstyle though is all about perfecting the curls at the bottom. The curls are slightly textured inwards as if it's V-shaped.

Because it's a longer-style bob cut, there's a lot more variety when it comes to styling. It's an easy look to sport during casual lazy days, best to pull in an updo or brush out for a "just woke up like this" hair look. That said, it's also relatively easy to manage for a formal, put-together hairstyle, having the option to straighten it for something a bit sleeker, or go the opposite direction and put in curlers to have it appear bouncier.
