Anya Taylor-Joy Brings Dior's Mitzah Campaign to Life

Bold and chic are two words we'd use to describe Dior's latest Mitzah collection. Inspired by Christian Dior's muse Mitzah Bricard, the Maison took her love for animal prints and channelled it into accentuating the look of the new makeup range. 

"Since its early days, this animal print graced the catwalks of Dior," says Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup Peter Philips. "For our latest makeup collection, the iconic leopard print dresses new and exciting compacts. A 10-colour eyeshadow palette, that is accompanied by 10 matching Rouge Dior lip shades. You can also find a customized Forever cushion compact to match. Style, uniqueness and excitement all combined. Like Mitzah herself, a tribute to beauty."

To best represent the spirit of Dior, along with the eccentric and charismatic nature of Bricard, the Maison has selected actress and house ambassador Anya Taylor-Joy to be the face of the collection, the embodiment of the modern woman of Dior. 

"Anya loves to wear makeup, she knows her face, she immediately knew which was the right lipstick for her lips, and she knows how to play with her eyes," says Philips. "She literally brings this campaign to life by being a modern Mitzah."

The collection features a number of Dior Beauty's signature products packaged in the new Mitzah design, such as the Diorshow 10 Couleurs palette in 10 new matte and satin shades, the iconic Rouge Dior lipstick in 10 nude and bold shades, the Dior Forever Perfect Cushion and Dior Forever Skin Glow Cushion Foundation, as well as fragrances from La Collection Privée Christian Dior.
