Here's A First Look at Lady Gaga and Adam Driver On 'House of Gucci'

Ahead of her first film appearance since her lead role in A Star is Born, Lady Gaga teases fans will a glimpse of her upcoming role as Patrizia Reggiani in the Ridley Scott film House of Gucci. In an Instagram post, Gaga and co-star Adam Driver pose in costume as ex-spouses (turned murderer and victim) Reggiani and Maurizio Gucci, heir to the Italian fashion house. She wrote in the caption, "Signore e Signora Gucci #HouseOfGucci." 

But what we, and the internet are really fascinated about, of course, is that beautiful cream turtleneck Adam Driver is wearing.

The tragic, true-crime '90s movie chronicles the true story of Reggiani, an Italian socialite who found fame in the 1980s for her marriage to the grandson of fashion designer Guccio Gucci. The couple had two daughters, Allegra and Alessandra. After 12 years, Maurizio left his wife for another woman. A decade later, after surviving a drawn out divorce and a brain tumor, Reggiani ordered a hit on her ex-husband, who was subsequently killed on his way to work. The film will depict the crime, as well as the investigation and trial that followed.

Alongside Gaga and Driver, Al Pacino and Jeremy Irons will star as Aldo and Rodolfo Gucci, Maurizio's uncle and father. Rodolfo has been credited with designing Grace Kelly's Gucci flora scarf. The two brothers, at one time, equally shared the family business, though maintained a considerable rivalry for control. Actor and Gucci ambassador Jared Leto has also been cast as Paolo Gucci, the son of Aldo and Maurizio's cousin.
